As shown in the figure, the furnace features a split design with a separate control system and furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, heating start/stop button, voltage/current meters, and a computer interface for real-time monitoring. The system features reliable integrated circuits, anti-interference capability, and an exterior temperature ≤45°C at maximum operating temperature, ensuring a comfortable workspace.

Fire assay is a method used in exploration geochemistry, applying geochemical principles to locate mineral deposits and determine the extent of discovered deposits. It involves the analysis of samples such as rock cores, rocks, river sediments, soil, glacial debris, or vegetation.

Main Operating Steps:

1. Sampling: Crushed ores, sediments, or vegetation.

2. Fusion: Lead oxide reduction to separate precious metals.

3. Cupellation: Oxidation of impurities in a GWDL furnace, leaving pure Au/Ag.

   Standard packaging is a wooden case (Dimensions: L × W × H).
   For shipments to European countries, the wooden case will be fumigated to comply with import regulations.
