Furnace Door Opening Method
The inner furnace door includes fastening bolts. The outer furnace door opens sideways with an axial 180-degree swing. The door can rotate 180 degrees, preventing the inner wall of the door from burning the operator's arm when retrieving materials at high temperature.
Water Cooling
Equipped with 3-meter long inlet and outlet water pipes (water source must be provided by the customer). Please communicate promptly if a refrigeration unit is needed.

Circulating Water Radiator
Uses multi-channel pure aluminum water circulation cooling fins, significantly reducing water temperature.
Pressure Resistance
The furnace chamber steel plate thickness ranges from 6 to 20 mm and uses double-sided welding, capable of withstanding positive pressure of 0.1 MPa.
Gas Valve
Uses stainless steel valves.
Pressure Protection
To prevent dangers caused by closing or blockage of the furnace chamber exhaust port or excessive furnace pressure, a special protection system is designed. Principle: Signals from an electric contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drive a control module to close the electromagnetic intake valve, start the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm. Pressure is released through the exhaust port, and sound-light alarm buzzers notify operators, protecting the normal operation of the electric furnace.
Gas Leak Alarm
According to the atmosphere used, to prevent leaks. Function: When the gas leak alarm detects toxic or hazardous gases indoors exceeding a certain threshold, the control module shuts down the electric furnace and gas intake, opens the exhaust port and ventilation, ensuring a safer working environment.

Standard packaging is a wooden case (Dimensions: L × W × H).
For shipments to European countries, the wooden case will be fumigated to comply with import regulations.
If the container space is tight, PE film wrapping or customized packaging will be used according to the customer's specific requirements.
