The furnace body is precision-machined using CNC technology and undergoes polishing, grinding, acid pickling, phosphating, powder coating, and high-temperature baking. Featuring a two-tone design, it has a modern, attractive appearance and offers excellent resistance to oxidation, acids, alkalis, corrosion, and high temperatures. The surface is easy to clean and maintain.
A dual-layer, air-cooled design ensures effective thermal insulation and a safe, comfortable operating environment.

Equipped with a dual-stage direct rotary vane vacuum pump. Vacuum levels are displayed via an analog pressure gauge (-0.1 MPa) and a digital pressure indicator showing both positive and negative values.
The furnace chamber is constructed with 6-20 mm thick steel plates and double-sided welding, capable of withstanding up to 0.1 MPa positive pressure.
To prevent hazards caused by exhaust blockage or excessive pressure, a pressure control system is in place. Triggered by an electric contact gauge or pressure sensor, it shuts the intake valve, opens the exhaust valve, and activates audible/visual alarms to safely release pressure.
Depending on the gas used, an optional leak detection system monitors ambient air for toxic or flammable gases. Upon detection, the system shuts down the furnace and gas supply, activates exhaust and ventilation systems, ensuring a safe work environment.
The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed lightweight alumina fiber boards. Impact-prone areas such as the furnace bottom are reinforced with lightweight hollow alumina ball plates. These materials offer high temperature resistance, low thermal mass, excellent thermal shock resistance, and superior insulation without cracking or flaking.
A four-layer insulation system comprising alumina fiber wool, fiber boards, and polycrystalline boards ensures outstanding thermal performance and energy efficiency.
Under continuous operation, the furnace exterior remains below 45°C, ensuring user safety.
Features an integrated modular control unit with high precision. Includes dual-loop control and comprehensive protection functions such as overshoot, undershoot, thermocouple failure, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, soft start, and current feedback.
Uses closed-loop control with phase-shift triggered thyristor modules. Voltage, current, and power are continuously adjustable, supporting constant voltage/current/power modes. Inner loop regulates current, outer loop regulates voltage. Intelligent current limiting protects components during load changes or overloads.
Real-time display of temperature, segment number, segment duration, remaining time, output power (%), voltage, and current.
Intelligent temperature controller with PID, AI (APID), or MPT control modes. Features self-tuning and learning for precise, stable control with no overshoot or undershoot. Supports up to 30 (optional 50) programmable segments, with features like slope control, loop, run, pause, and real-time editing. AI curve-fitting ensures smooth temperature transitions.

For shipments to European countries, the wooden case will be fumigated to comply with import regulations.
