    Equipped with a detachable fume hood made of 304 stainless steel to collect melting fumes and dust emitted from the furnace door area.

    Exhaust Requirements
    Both furnace body and hood fumes are collected and discharged through a centralized interface to the workshop's main exhaust system. A 304 stainless steel manual exhaust valve is included. Interface position and size are according to the general assembly drawing.

The ash blowing process involves high-temperature oxidation, during which residual elements such as lead, antimony, arsenic, sulfur, and carbon are oxidized. This releases metal oxide fumes (especially lead fume) and potentially harmful gases.
A dedicated fume hood is necessary to safely capture and remove these emissions.

2. Sealed Ash Blowing System Without Door Opening
Unlike traditional furnaces, this furnace adopts a no-door ash blowing system for continuous and sealed operation.
To prevent pressure buildup and ensure clean air inside the furnace chamber, an exhaust system is essential to direct fumes and dust away from the working environment.
