The furnace operates at a maximum temperature of 1200°C, with a typical working range between 950°C and 1050°C.
High-temperature alloy resistance strips containing molybdenum are used as heating elements, capable of withstanding surface temperatures up to 1380°C, ensuring durability and thermal efficiency.

Thermal Stability
High alumina (64% Al2O3) ensures minimal deformation at 1300°C.
Cordierite-mullite blend reduces thermal expansion coefficients, preventing cracking.
Thermal Shock Resistance
Moderate porosity (18%) allows stress relief during rapid temperature changes.

5. Robust Furnace Body and Door System
The furnace body is built with a single-layer steel shell, CNC machined and finished with polishing, acid-washing, phosphating, and powder coating. The dual-color design ensures both aesthetics and durability, with excellent resistance to oxidation, acid, alkali, and corrosion.
The furnace door is motorized for upward lifting, with adjustable height and secure locking.
The loading tray is also motorized, driven by a gearbox with integrated limit switches to ensure precise and safe positioning.
6. Efficient Sealing and Tray Structure
A step-cross sealing structure is used at the joint between the furnace mouth and loading tray, made of angled refractory bricks. This ensures tight closure, heat containment, and minimal thermal loss during operation.
The tray loading capacity is customizable.

High-Performance Refractory and Insulation
Refractory lining: Made from folded alumina fiber modules, offering excellent insulation, low thermal mass, and resistance to thermal shock and cracking.
Insulation layer: Composed of high-purity alumina fiber materials (Al2O3 ≥52%), delivering outstanding heat retention.
