Principle
Loading and unloading materials adopt intermittent manual loading and unloading. When loading, place the material box on the holder of the material basin, open and take out the sealing end cover at one end of the pipe, put the material box holder with the material box, then install the sealing end cover on the flange of the furnace tube and tighten the clamp bolt. After the sintering
process of the product is completed, the process atmosphere should be maintained in a small amount and the temperature should be cooled. Only when the temperature in the furnace is lower than the process requirements, can the sealed end cover of the furnace tube be opened and the product is taken out.

Flange
The part that connects a pipe to a pipe, connected to the end of the pipe. There are holes in the flange, and the bolts make the  two flanges close. also has the gasket between flanges. One section of the flange contains a pressure gauge, which can be used to  observe other pressures in the furnace tube, and a floating ball flowmeter is installed on the inlet pipe to facilitate customers  to control the atmosphere flow according to the process requirements.

Heat resistant steel, quartz glass, ceramic tubes and other materials are available for tube furnace. Heat resistant steel and  quartz glass tubes are usually used in the heating environment with the temperature lower than 1200 degrees Celsius, and ceramic  tubes are used the temperature lower than 1700 degrees.
