Charging Platform System 

Loading Platform Movement & Control
The loading platform is independently designed from the furnace chamber. All movements—forward, backward, lifting, and lowering—are PLC-controlled and operated via a centralized touchscreen interface.
Motion Control & Safety Feedback
Platform movement is guided by optoelectronic isolation switch sensors, with signals processed by PLC and executed through touchscreen commands to ensure stable and safe operation.
Forward/Backward Motion
Forward and backward movement is driven by a stepless speed-reducing motor with lead screw and guide rail support. The speed is adjustable to match the process needs.
Lifting Mechanism
The platform is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, ensuring smooth, powerful vertical motion for heavy-duty loading and unloading.
Sealing Fit Between Platform and Furnace Opening
A stepped, interlocking refractory sealing structure is used between the furnace opening and the loading platform. Both upper and lower refractory surfaces are angled to ensure a gradually tightening seal as the platform closes, improving insulation and atmosphere integrity.

Furnace Lining
The furnace lining is constructed from imported vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight boards. High-contact areas such as the furnace base are reinforced with high-purity alumina hollow ball plates, providing high temperature resistance, low thermal mass, excellent thermal shock resistance, no cracking, no spalling, and superior insulation (over 80% energy savings compared to traditional designs).
Insulation System
A three-layer insulation system is employed, consisting of high-alumina wool, alumina fiber board, and imported fiber board. Critical contact areas such as the furnace opening use shaped high-purity alumina lightweight components to enhance durability and energy efficiency.
