Heating Elements
The furnace utilizes high-purity silicon carbide heating elements, embedded flush within the top and bottom surfaces of the chamber in a vertical configuration. Both the heating elements and thermocouple sensors are encased in ceramic sheaths, providing excellent protection against high temperatures, oxidation, and physical damage, ensuring long-term stable performance.

Furnace Body
Crafted through precision CNC machining, the furnace body undergoes multiple finishing processes including polishing, grinding, acid pickling, phosphating, powder coating, and high-temperature baking. The result is a sleek, dual-tone exterior that is not only visually appealing but also highly resistant to oxidation, corrosion, acid and alkali erosion, and high temperatures. The surface is also easy to clean and maintain.

Chamber Structure
The furnace features a flat-top design supported by reaction-sintered silicon carbide beams and plates. The insulation system includes multiple layers: two or more layers of 1400°C ceramic fiber board, one layer of 1260°C board, and one layer of 1000°C board, providing a total insulation thickness of no less than 200 mm. The furnace bottom is supported by robust roller rods for smooth material handling and high structural integrity under load.

Furnace Door
The side-hinged furnace door opens axially to 180 degrees and is constructed from SUS316 stainless steel. Its interior features a multilayer refractory lining (1400°C, 1260°C, and 1000°C boards) with a combined thickness exceeding 150 mm. The door is designed to rotate 360 degrees, preventing direct exposure to radiant heat during material retrieval and enhancing operator safety. Pneumatic opening and closing ensure reliable sealing, and a stainless steel spring-lock mechanism at the bottom provides secure locking.

Refractory Lining
The furnace chamber is lined with vacuum-formed lightweight alumina insulation, known for its high temperature resistance and low thermal mass. Areas prone to mechanical impact, such as the door entry and furnace base, are reinforced with hollow-sphere alumina boards. These materials offer excellent resistance to thermal shock, low heat absorption, and superior insulation performance.

Furnace Base
The base structure includes support roller rods and layered high-performance insulation, consisting of hollow-sphere alumina material, one or more layers of 1260°C fiber board, and one or more layers of 1000°C board. Total insulation thickness is ≥200 mm, providing both structural support and thermal efficiency.
