The furnace body is precision-machined using CNC equipment. It undergoes polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, powder coating, and high-temperature baking. The dual-color design delivers a modern, attractive appearance. It features excellent resistance to oxidation, acid and alkali corrosion, high temperatures, and is easy to clean.
The electric furnace adopts an air-cooled double-layer chamber design to ensure a stable and safe working environment.
The door opens laterally at 180° and can rotate 360°, preventing burns during material retrieval at high temperatures by avoiding contact with the hot inner door surface.
To conserve resources, the furnace is equipped with an imported hot water circulation pump and a stainless steel water tank. The imported pump withstands temperatures up to 160°C and supports over one year of continuous operation. The circulation tank is made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.
Cooling is applied to the furnace inner shell's mouth, door, and top.
Pure aluminum multi-channel water-cooled radiator fins are used to significantly reduce the temperature of circulating water.
A two-stage direct rotary vane vacuum pump is used for stable and efficient vacuum performance.
The furnace chamber is made of 6-20mm thick steel plates, welded on both sides. It can withstand positive pressure up to 0.1MPa.
The gas path uses imported stainless steel valves with excellent sealing and corrosion resistance.
A dual-indicator analog pressure gauge is provided for both positive and negative pressure readings (optional digital vacuum gauge available).
Standard configuration includes two float-type flow meters. Digital mass flow controllers are available upon request for higher precision.

Standard packaging is a wooden case (Dimensions: L × W × H).
For shipments to European countries, the wooden case will be fumigated to comply with import regulations.
If the container space is tight, PE film wrapping or customized packaging will be used according to the customer's specific requirements.
We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery based on the customer's preference.
